15. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
16. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward code, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
17. In case more than 1 valid product purchase is made during the promo period, customers can enter the contest against a new Mobile Number/Bill (Invoice Number).
18. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
27. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. or Philips DA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
28. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

Terms and Conditions for Rs. 300 Zomato Voucher (“Offer”)

1. This offer entitles the end user Rs. 300 off on the Food Partner App  (Zomato) in India only.
2. This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.
3. The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges.

5. One code can be redeemed only once.
6. Cabs will be provided subject to availability.
7. Applicable only on rides booked on the Uber App.
8. Uber Vouchers are non-refundable, whether you use it or not. This voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the vendor shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.
9. The validity of Uber Vouchers cannot be extended, new vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.

1. Myntra e-Gift Voucher is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.
2. This E - Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
3. Multiple E- Gift Vouchers can be clubbed in a single order.
4. E -Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
5. This E-Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
6. In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Voucher amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Voucher. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.
7. The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.

12. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the E -Gift Cards. myntra.com/Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
13. Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com/ Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.
14. Myntra.com/Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.
